About this Event
Girls Lift Girls and Move Inwards are teaming up for a morning walk and mobility session on Bowen Road. We're extending our International Women's Day Give & Gain theme , the idea that everyone has something to give and something to gain, and keeping the conversation going a little longer.
We'll meet at Blend & Grind on Star Street at 9:30am, head to Bowen Road for a walk and some mobility, and come back to Star Street. Blend & Grind are kindly offering us a special discount to wrap up the morning!
Whether you're part of our communities already or you're new to both, come along, move a little, and meet some people.
