Join coaches Sharon and Betsy for a sprint- specific BIKE and RUN training, perfect to prepare for Girlz on Fire in May. This is a great way for beginners to learn and practice the basics! However, this session can also be a challenging sprint repeat workout for more experienced triathletes. All are welcome!! Bring everything you need for the BIKE and RUN legs of a triathlon (bike, helmet, bike, shoes, sunglasses, hydration, running shoes, visor, run belt)
We will have bike racks set up, and you will have the opportunity to practice setting up and utilizing the second transition.
We will be at practicing on portions of the actual Girlz on Fire course so that you will be familiar for race day.
Non-CTC members are welcome. We will just ask that you sign a waiver before beginning the training.
