The theme of this years IWD is "Give & Gain" and we want the focus of our events to be reminding women of how strong, powerful, and fast our bodies are. In a world that focuses on women being small & skinny (skinnytok making a comeback right now...🙄) Girls Lift Girls & Adidas value how we feel, how we function & how we perform > just aesthetics!!

Since this event is during Ramadan, we will be kicking off the evening breaking fast with nibbles, drinks & mingling, followed by an inspiring panel of women in sport, and a fun strength-based team workout to wrap up the night!
