Join us for an empowering and practical Women’s Only Self-Defence Seminar, designed to build confidence, awareness, and real-world skills in a supportive and welcoming environment.
This special session will be led by Daniela De Jong, a highly experienced martial artist with over 20 years of training across multiple disciplines.
Daniela began her journey in kickboxing in Mexico, earning her black belt before continuing her training in Sydney, where she discovered Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Now based in the UK, she trains under Andy Roberts and was awarded her Jiu Jitsu black belt in 2022. She is also a coach at Andy Roberts BJJ and has been running successful ladies-only self-defence seminars for the past four years.
