The first Wednesday of each month amazingly talented women get together to share their music. —-New Hampshire native Diane Arabian likes to say she was born singing—and anyone who’s heard her would agree. A versatile vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, Diane plays both ukulele and guitar, bringing warmth, power, and personality to every performance. Her musical journey spans genres and stages, from musical theater to folk, rock, and beyond. She currently performs as part of the ukulele/bass duo Double Take. She also lends her voice to The Funky Divas, showcasing her love of harmony and high-energy collaboration. With an eclectic taste that ranges from Joan Baez and Joni Mitchell to Lady Gaga, Diane delivers performances that are as dynamic and diverse as her musical influences. For Diane, music isn’t just something she performs—it’s something she lives.
—-Jess Chace (aka. Jessie Bonez) is a vocalist in the acoustic trio Funny Feelingz, a group known for blending rich three-part harmonies with creative interpretations of songs from across the musical spectrum. Although Jessie has always loved music and singing, performing in front of an audience was once a personal fear. Just 10 months ago, she decided to face that fear and step onto the stage for the first time by joining Funny Feelingz. Since then, Jessie has embraced the joy of performing, helping the trio bring fresh life to classic favorites and unexpected covers. What began as a leap of courage has quickly grown into a musical journey, with the group now performing at venues across the eastern seacoast of Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire.
