THE LAST TAXI DRIVER with the incredible Klelia Andriolatou (known from Maestro in Blue) is a thriller that will keep you at the edge of your seat.
CLOUDY SUNDAY (ΟΥΖΕΡΊ ΤΣΙΤΣΆΝΗΣ) is another musical drama, this one set in World War II Thessaloniki and tells the story of a Christian man and a Jewish girl and their forbidden love. At the same time the movie showcases the early life of the incomparable Rebetiko music composer Vasilis Tsitsanis.
We are proud to continue presenting a Cypriot film with the support of the Honorary Consulate of Cyprus in Vancouver Kaity Arsoniadis . This year the documenary QUEENS of AMATHUS showcases the story of strong Cypriot women who settled in Birmingham and their stories.
ROOFLESS DREAMS is presented in collaboration with the Hellenic Initiative Canada and is a documentary that follows 5 people living under the threat of homelessness in the streets of Athens.
