👗All white — bring a yoga mat or large towelHere's what's happening:
We meet at the Rose Garden gate at 10am, find our spot on the grass, and spend 45 minutes moving, breathing, and being still together. A Go Inspire community wellness practitioner leads the session.
THE SESSION
20 minutes of gentle yoga flow — all levels welcome, all bodies welcome
15 minutes of breathwork — simple, powerful, transformative
10 minutes of a sharing circle — what are you releasing? What are you welcoming?
Then: picnic time on the grass, informal connection, the roses, the light
THE DRESS CODE
All white. White activewear, white linen, white sundress, white co-ords — whatever feels right on your body. Bring a yoga mat or a large towel. Bare feet on the grass is encouraged and very much the point.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
You do not need to have done yoga before. You do not need to be flexible, spiritual, or anything in particular. You need to be a woman who wants to spend a Saturday morning in a rose garden, breathing, moving, and feeling better than when she arrived.
THE SETTING
Queen Mary's Rose Garden in late July is one of London's great wonders — over 12,000 roses, peak bloom, extraordinary fragrance. We will be doing yoga beside it. On a Saturday morning. For free.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Women who need rest as much as action. Women whose wellness has been on the back burner. Women who have been coming to Colour Walks since June and are ready for something slower and deeper. Women who have never done yoga and are using this as their gentle beginning.
