Some stories live on through words. Others appear through art. In this Halloween workshop at The Story Cellar, you’ll give forgotten paintings new life by adding ghostly figures and spooky details. A hauntingly fun night of creativity awaits.

When you buy your ticket, you’ll also get first pick of the vintage paintings we’ll be using in the workshop. (Can’t make it in beforehand? No worries — you can also choose your painting at the start of the event!) Ticket price includes vintage painting, art supplies and refreshments.
Then on Thursday October 9th, join us at The Story Cellar with Studio 1989 Designs for a workshop where we’ll transform vintage paintings into haunted masterpieces. No art experience needed — just bring your imagination! You’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind ghostly décor piece, perfect for Halloween.
Want to bring your own piece? You’re welcome to bring a painting from home to transform! Please note: your artwork should be on canvas or a textured print — no glossy paper or photo prints.
