Join us for an essential training session designed to equip business owners, managers, team leads, and safety personnel with the tools and knowledge to respond effectively during an active threat situation.
Presented by:
👮 Lt. John PhillipsA 16-year veteran of law enforcement and the lead tactical instructor for the Wausau Police Department, Lt. Phillips has been training both officers and civilians on active threat response since 2013. He is certified in multiple advanced tactical programs including ALERRT, FLETC, and MACTAC.
👮 Officer LemirandServing in law enforcement since 2009, Officer Lemirand spent 13 years on patrol and now works as the Crisis Assessment Response Team officer. He is a certified instructor in Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) through ALERRT and is passionate about public education on personal safety, building security, and threat assessment.
