Unser Alumni und Learning Festival bietet Dir einen Raum zum
- gemeinsamen Austausch und Lernen zur Gestaltung von Transformationen, Dialog und kollektiver Kreativität
- Teilen eurer Praktiken, Inspirationen und Erfahrungen aus eurer Generative Facilitation Praxis
- gegenseitige Unterstützungung bei Herausforderungen und Peer Learning in vertrauensvoller Atmosphäre
- Neueste Entwicklungen und Impulse aus dem Generative Facilitation Praxisfeld
- Wiedersehen und Erweiterung eures Netzwerks
Die Arbeitssprache wird je nach TeilnehmerInnenzusammensetzung Deutsch bzw. Deutsch und Englisch sein.

Herzlich eingeladen sind alle Alumni und Freund*innen des Generative Facilitation Institute sowie alle Interessierten, die sich für die Anwendung von Generative Facilitation in der Praxis und für Veränderung jenseits tradierter Pfade interessieren, und die dabei schöpferische Potentiale für sich und andere voll entfalten wollen.

10.00– 19.00 Uhr inkl. einem Sektempfang und gemütlichem Beisammensein am Abend

Early Bird (limitiert, nur so lange Vorrat reicht bis 16.08.202): 240 EUR zzgl. 19% MwSt.
Regulär: EUR 280,- zzgl. 19% MwSt.
inkl. Tagungsraum und Tagungspauschale für die Kaffee-/Teepausen sowie einem Sektempfang am Abend, exklusive Reise- und Hotelkosten sowie Mittag- und Abendessen.

Christine Wank ist die Gründerin des Generative Facilitation Institutes in Berlin, welches u.a. innovative Weiterbildungsprogramme und Masterclasses mit führenden internationalen PraktikerInnen im Bereich von Generative Facilitation und der Gestaltung von schöpferischen Veränderungsprozessen anbietet. Seit 20 Jahren arbeitet sie als international erfahrene Facilitatorin, Trainerin, Coach und Unternehmensentwicklerin und ist Senior Facilitator am Presencing Institute.
Auf verschiedenen internationalen Konferenzen teilt sie ihre Erfahrungen mit einem größeren interessierten Fachpublikum, wie z. B. auf dem TEDx-Talk in Amsterdam (

Our GFI Alumni and Learning Festival gives you the opportunity to
- learn and exchange around facilitating transformations, dialogue and collective creativity
- share our practices, inspirations and stories from the generative facilitation field
- get inpired around latest developments and tools in generative facilitation
- to support each other, energize and learn from each other in a trusting environment
- reconnect with peers and expand your professional network
Working language will be German or English and German depending on group composition.
For whom?
The GFI Alumni and Learning Festival is open to all Alumni and friends of the Generative Facilitation Institute as well as everyone who is interested in the practice of Generative Facilitation. What we share is the passion to facilitate transformations and to allow generative potentials to unfold.
Time and Location:
10:00am-7:00 pm inlcuding an evening reception.
The venue will be Berlin (exact place tbd).
Participation rate
The participation rate will be:
Early Bird (limited number, until Aug. 16, 2025): 240 EUR plus VAT
Regular Rate: 280 EUR plus VAT
This includes your participation in the event, coffee breaks and the evening reception. Costs for travel, accommodation, lunch or dinners etc. are excluded.
Your Host and facilitator
Christine Wank is the founder of the Generative Facilitation Institute (GFI) dedicated to inspiring and strengthening facilitators, leaders, and changemakers in facilitating transformations with the intelligence of the head, heart and hands. In co-creating a holistic and cross-disciplinary approach of generative facilitation she integrates her rich experience in fields such as Theory U, Systemic and Hypno-Systemic Change, Generative Coaching, Impeccable Leadership, Large Group Facilitation, Mindfulness and Embodiment as well as Neuroscience and science of the heart as HeartMath Coach.
Christine is a highly experienced international facilitator, trainer and coach in organization and leadership development and innovation. She has worked with leaders and teams from business, government and NGOs across the globe for more than 20 years.Her mission is to help people and organizations reach their full potential and shape the world in a responsible and purposeful way.

Stornierungen und Rückerstattungen
Im Falle einer Absage eurerseits fallen bis 6 Wochen vor Kursbeginn 50% der Kursgebühren an zzgl. etwaiger Bank- und Abwicklingskosten, danach der volle Kursbetrag. Für den Fall, dass wir die Veranstaltung absagen oder verschieben müssen und auch nicht online durchführen können, wird die Kursgebühr in vollem Umfang erstattet. Zusätzlich entstandene Kosten (wie etwa Stornokosten für Reise und Hotel etc.) können wir leider nicht übernehmen.
FAQ
Cancellation policy
In the event that you need to cancel your participation in this course, the following policies apply: Up to 6 weeks before the start of the event we offer a 50% refund of the transferred rate minus a handling and service fee of 50 EUR and any banking fees involved. For cancellations after that we cannot offer any refunds due to arrangements made.
In the event that we need to cancel or shift the event we will fully refund your rate.
We cannot cover any other expenses or cancellation costs involved, such as cancellation fees for transport (flight, train, etc.) or accommodation.
Further Information:
This course is offered by the Generative Facilitation Institute (GFI), dedicated to providing unique learning opportunities for facilitators, leaders and changemakers. Our aim is to link the outer with the inner dimension of facilitation and to integrate the intelligence of the head, heart and hands for leveraging impact and making meaningful generative change happen. We offer a small amount of GFI fellowships for this course.
