Get Your Sit Together: 28 Days to Develop a Rock-Solid Daily Meditation Habit is a 28-day meditation course helping you to set up the habit of meditating daily.
An expanded version of the materials for this course will be published as a book by Wisdom Publications in 2026!
This course explores the principles involved in overcoming resistance and procrastination, and in creating and sustaining the positive habit of regular meditation. On the way, it debunks the myth that willpower is what you need to establish a regular meditation practice. What it comes down to is strategies and tools, and this course will offer you many of those, to the point where it's easier to meditate every day than it is to miss a day.
This course grew out of Bodhipaksa's own struggles to create a rock-solid daily meditation habit with lessons learned from the psychology of motivation. If you follow the course, it really works!

Course format
Clear, practical and down-to-earth, this course will help you to transform your life in radical ways.
- You'll receive daily guidance in the form of an email from Bodhipaksa, containing reflections, meditation instructions, and suggestions for practice in daily life.
- The course includes twelve guided meditation recordings (from 2 to 30 minutes in length — you can choose how long you want to practice for).
- You can enroll any time up until the end of December.
- As long as you hang on to the emails you'll have access to the course materials (including the guided meditations) indefinitely.
This event is suitable for complete beginners to meditation, as well as those who have struggled to keep their existing practice going.

About the instructor
Bodhipaksa has been practicing Buddhist meditation for over 40 years, and teaching for around 35 years. He formerly taught meditation in the Department of Religious Studies at the University of Montana, and ran a thriving retreat center in the Scottish Highlands. He is the author of more than a dozen books and audiobooks, and has been published in seven languages. In 2000 he founded Wildmind, an online meditation center. He has been a member of the Triratna Buddhist order since 1993. He is originally from Scotland, but now lives in New Hampshire. He has two children.
