About this Event
This is one of my absolute favourite classes to teach, and every time I teach it I add new information to round out the class even more.
This time I am going to bring some extra focus on the ageing process and how lymph affects the face and the quality of the skin.
This system is often ignored by the medical community, but the good news is that there is much you can do to support this system all on your own.
And since the lymphatic system affects EVERY other system, and is actually a part of your circulatory system, then much can be accomplished by getting the lymph fully circulating again.
If this system is stuck, you can have...
- foggy thinking
- irritated skin, breakouts and rashes
- unexplained pain
- swelling and edema
- poor nutrient delivery
- toxic buildup
- cellulite
- sagging skin and premature ageing
- depressed mood
- poor circulation
- joint stiffness

It's shocking how so many skip right over the lymphatic system, including the health professionals guiding us in their protocols.
