A workshop for couples to understand menopause, improve communication, and deepen connection.About this Event
There was a time when men weren’t invited into the birthing room. Today, many couples are facing another major life transition—menopause—without navigating it together. It doesn’t have to be that way.
Join us for a powerful, connection-focused workshop designed specifically for couples moving through perimenopause and menopause as a team. This is your opportunity to better understand what this transition truly looks and feels like, how it can impact your relationship, and how to meet it with clarity, compassion, and strength.
Together, we’ll explore:
✨ What’s really happening during menopause—physically, emotionally, and relationally
✨ How deeper patterns and past experiences (including trauma) can surface during this time
✨ Common relationship pitfalls—and how to avoid them
✨ Practical tools to communicate better, support each other, and grow closer
Through guided teaching, reflection, and meaningful discussion, you’ll leave with greater understanding, actionable strategies, and a renewed sense of connection.
