Wild Life Classic Gin
Juniper and citrus notes pop on the nose, where fresh lemon and blood orange meet classic botanicals in perfect balance. Bottled at overproof to stand up in martinis and shaken cocktails without losing character to dilution. Perfectly pairs with charcuterie.
Wild Life Barrel-aged Gin
Maturing in ex-bourbon barrels allows the WLD Classic Gin to mellow and mingle with white oak, transforming into something altogether different. Candied oranges and spice emerge mid-palate, inviting contemplation, while the long finish leaves room to discover something new in every sip. Perfectly pairs with raclette.
Wild Life Rundle Gin
Voted "Best In Class" twice at the Alberta Beverage Awards, watch this gin transform from deep blue to pink with the addition of lemon juice or your favourite tonic, thanks to butterfly pea flower infusion. Wild Life Wheat Whisky
The first whisky ever made in Canmore and an award-winner, crafted entirely from locally grown grains. Sweet cereal grains, soft oak, and caramelised sugar create a beautiful, approachable dram that works equally well for whisky newcomers and those hunting for their new favourite. Perfectly pairs with steak tartare, charcuterie, and dark chocolate.
Wild Life Rye Whisky
This flavour-forward spirit refuses to be shy, highlighting the quintessential Canadian whisky grain in all its glory. Made from 100% locally grown Alberta rye and aged a minimum of 3.5 years, it delivers nutmeg, fig, green grass, and spice notes. Perfectly pairs with steak tartare, charcuterie, and dark chocolate.
Wild Life Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky
WLD's first adventure into the wonderful world of sherry. This liquid gold is made to be enjoyed with friends, aged a minimum of 4 years, and finished in PX sherry hogshead casks from a traditional Spanish bodega. Expect chewy dried figs, chocolate-covered raisins, rounded malty notes and soft French oak.

Registration for in L’OCA Classes and Events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and require full payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any class that fails to meet a minimum enrollment, scheduling conflicts, chef availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If for any of the above reasons a class or event is canceled, you will be notified via email and issued a full refund to the original method of payment.
