How to be and teach from a Trauma Informed Lens
This training is for anyone who would like to deepen their own personal practice, learn Yoga Foundations or teach yoga to others.

This small group training provides more one-on-one time as well as plenty of opportunities to ask questions, review and get support as needed.
Weekends:
April 10, 11, 12
May 8, 9, 10
June 12, 13, 14
July 10, 11, 12
August 7, 8, 9
September 18, 19, 20
October 16, 17, 18
November 13, 14, 15
December 11, 12, 13
Fridays will be from 5pm -8:30pm
Saturdays will be from 11am - 6pm
Sundays will be from 9am -5pm
Although it would best to attend every weekend, we also appreciate that life happens. If that is something you are concerned about, please talk with Michelle as arrangements can be made for missed time.
