Join us for this amazing chance to try making all of your favourite Asian street food classics. We take a hands on approach o you really learn how to do it at home!
The chef talks about the ingredients the cooking methods the sourcing and of course we eat. In this class we make:
Ground chicken and Water Chestnut Gow Gi With garlic, chiles and ginger
Steamed Slow cooked pork belly bao
Braised Duck Spring Rolls with Hoi Sin
Watch how we make and taste our lamb and cumin baked Taiwanese style Bao
So join us in our new home at LaSalle College for a professional style individual hands on cooking class.

No seats can be held. Once booked all classes final no refunds given. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
