For this edition of Get Sh*t Done, we’re diving into the world of strategy—specifically, how strategists from both the brand and creative sides make things happen. How do they navigate challenging briefs, uncover compelling insights, and ultimately how do they Get Sh*t Done?
We’ve gathered some of the best minds in strategy to answer these questions. They’ll share stories from their careers, providing invaluable insights into their world.

THE FORMAT:
‘Get Sh*t Done’ is the event that celebrates those that dare to do it. Started in 2017, these events have taken place regularly over the years to bring inspiration and more importantly brainstorm interesting ways everyone can help each other out.
For those of you who don’t know, the event has a unique format at its heart. Split into two parts, it opens with an in-depth panel discussion with our speakers (see below)
Then, it’s your turn! Whether you’re dealing with a challenge at work, looking to take your project to the next level, or brainstorming your next big idea, you’ll have the chance to ask the whole room how we can help you. Then we’ll all work together to come up with solutions 🤛
OUR PANELLISTS:
Margaux Revol is an independent strategist & storyteller for people, brands and causes. Former strategy partner and head of brand at AMV BBDO, awarded "Strategist of the Year" by Campaign AOTY 2022, she is a thinker that likes to push boundaries and buttons to enable deep cultural change. Margaux is best known for her award-winning campaigns for Bodyform/Libresse, which have powerfully addressed and overturned stigmas surrounding women’s periods, vulvas, and intimate experiences, contributing to a global cultural shift.
Ayo Fagbemi is co-founder and strategy director at Explorers Club, a design and strategy studio that helps brands discover their secret genius.He was previously at Wieden + Kennedy, Mother London, Google Creative Lab and YouTube Creative Studio.He has led the brand strategy for Atlantic Records, Nike Run and Talkspace. He has spoken at the Barbican Centre, Today at Apple, Nike1948, and the D&AD Centre.He is on the Advisory Board for Creative Review and an APG Committee member. He founded Black Strat, a community of black and brown strategists.
Zoe Scaman, founder of Bodacious, drives innovation for top brands like Nike and Netflix. Known for The New Fandom Formula on fandom’s business power, Multiplayer Brand on brands as co-created ecosystems, and Mad Men. Furious Women exposing industry harassment, she explores cultural shifts and tech’s impact on strategy. More recently, her work on The Creation Generation investigates platforms like Roblox and Minecraft which are shaping Gen Alpha, and her report, The Motherload, reveals the challenges of motherhood in adland. She also leads strategy at 77X, Luka Dončić’s youth studio. She's best described as passionate, prolific, and perpetually exhausted.
Sandie Dilger is the Chief Marketing Officer of Warp Snacks, overseeing the brand’s marketing strategy and creative initiatives. Formerly the Chief Strategy Officer at TBWA\London, she also held senior strategy roles at Ogilvy and VCCP. Her career began client-side at Cadbury, where she worked on the multi-award-winning drumming “Gorilla” ad in 2007 for Dairy Milk.
Between them, they have an enormous wealth of experience and I cannot wait to delve into their stories and how they get sh*t done. 💪

This event will be hosted by Rebecca Rowntree, Creative Director and founder of Get Sh*t Done
A platform dedicated to Getting Shit Done by learning from the stories and actions of world-class individuals and using the power the crowd to Get Sh*t Done. This successful event series (named one of the top 30 Events in London by The Dots) and podcast (previously known as This Way Up), ranked No.5 on iTunes, was created in 2017. Since then, we haven’t stopped Getting Shit Done.
