Interested in helping pollinators? Want to plant a pollinator garden? Not sure where to begin? Come learn the many ways you can help the birds and the bees (and the butterflies) by planting some of Maryland's most hardy, adaptable flowering plants.
Participants will learn why and how they can support these vital creatures in our environment, while creating attractive and low-maintenance gardens. Plant selection and planting tips will be discussed with handouts to help you create a pollinator garden, whether in sun or shade.
