Join us for World Tai Chi & Qigong Day, a free event open to the community. We’ll meet at the Severna Park Community Center outside under the trees by “Boone Station Hall.” Try to arrive at least 20 minutes early to find parking. (Parking is available in Woods Memorial Church's parking lot as well).At 10am we will join others in every time zone around the world to practice tai chi, sending a wave of tai chi around the earth. There will be Tai Chi & Qigong demonstrations and mini-workshops suitable for all levels of fitness. All are welcome!
Wear clothing suitable for exercise and comfortable shoes. Please let us know you are coming by registering via
Following the opening demonstrations, we will offer free Tai Chi (Taiji) and Qigong mini-workshops.
