Geri-Fit, led by Toby Neal and Jan Williamson, is a safe and effective strength training program designed for older adults to improve muscle strength, balance, and overall fitness. Classes are held on Wednesdays and Fridays from 3:00–4:00 p.m. This class requires that you attend 19 out of 24 classes. The program emphasizes fall prevention, improved mobility, and increased confidence through guided, age-appropriate exercises.
