Join Society of Animal Artists for the Animal Art Experience, a nationwide celebration of wildlife and creativity happening throughout May 2026.Locally, this unique Northern Michigan event is hosted by AuSable Artisan Village in partnership with A.R.K. Experience the rare opportunity to observe professional artists—Kim Diment, Rod Lawrence, and Rich Tesner—as they sketch live ambassador animals up close.
This interactive event also features engaging educational talks from A.R.K. experts Randy Fierke and Jared Wright, who will share insights about the animals and their important roles in conservation and rehabilitation.
