Relax and renew in a gentle salt cave yoga class. During the class, you will experience halotherapy, also known as dry Salt Therapy. Dry salt air is dispersed through a unique process generated by a halo generator. This type of treatment can be an effective way of using salt’s natural antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, & calming properties to provide relief for stress, respiratory, & skin conditions.
