Gentle Yoga & iRest Yoga Nidra – Community Class

Hi, my name is Ashley. I’m a yoga instructor based in San Diego, and I’m excited to offer community classes as a way to expand my offerings and create space for connection.

This gentle yoga class blends slow, mindful movement with iRest Yoga Nidra, a guided deep relaxation practice. These sessions are designed to help you unwind, restore energy, and cultivate presence, all while staying connected to breath and body.

Expect 75 minutes of restorative flow, with modifications offered for all levels. My intention is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you can slow down, release tension, and leave feeling calm, grounded, and rejuvenated.

Schedule:
Classes are held every third Thursday of the month, 9:30–10:45 AM at VibrantLife Center. Each session is an individual class, so you can register for one or multiple dates that work for you.
