Gentle Yoga

Looking for a weekly gentle yoga class to balance your busy lifestyle?

This class starts with gentle, flowing movement, moves into longer-held seated postures, and ends with a long final resting posture (savasana). This class is perfect for folks recovering from an injury, looking to balance harder fitness with recovery, folks new to yoga, or people like me who love moving slowly and mindfully!

Yoga mats and props are provided; wear any comfortable clothing.
