The Gentle Stretch Workshop offers a safe, low-impact way to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness. This workshop is especially beneficial for elders, individuals living with chronic conditions such as diabetes, or anyone seeking a gentle approach to fitness. No prior experience is required, and all movements can be adapted to meet different comfort levels.
