An Online Communal Exploratory event directed towards the integration of Care practices to support our revolutionizing Culture
An - IN EXPLORATION PROCESS – learning what it means to be with the ‘Gentle Liberation’ for Ourself – as to another… and to process/integrate our discoveries…
What is ‘Gentle Liberation’?
What is ‘Liberative Care’?
How can we include a “Safety in Self” to cultivate a “Safety for Others”?
This event is coming from my personal needs to reconcile “How I am active within Activist Lifestyles” – as somebody that recognizes a need to care for those active within ‘Liberative Care’ - as it is a highly energized social commitment with its own Emotional Turmoil– I desire to bring those into the conversation that feel unable to take direct action due to :
-Chronic Illness
-Financial Limitations
-Emotional Boundaries
-Unsustainable Commitment
-Questioning “How am I able to Care for others?”
From Connection, Conversation, and facing what Conflict may arise from this Community…
This social event will be facilitated towards a guided therapeutic method that will maneuver your perspective around social-work, identity, and emotional difficulties surrounding these concepts. As a result of this guided processing – the goal is to be able for you to be witness to your own Creative Will – and what is capable by you – of you – and for you within an introspective healing space.
In this self-reflective processing - personal manifestations of social traumas, mental blocks due to mental-illness, and somatic releases are a possibility – due to the nature of the digital limitations – if these arise – do take care of yourself first and foremost – and I the facilitator would be welcome to schedule a return to these limitations in a future one-on-one meeting.

What is ‘Gentle Liberation’? - Constructing Reconciliation Methods for Post-Social Liberation Traumas
Seeking connection to Self and Senses to reduce the grasp of Oppressive ideals (Colonial/Capitalist/Socio-Political) on the mind/body/soul. Cultivating capacity for your ‘Safety Within Self’ in order to increase the Capacity in Care for others Social Liberation.
In turn – strengthening personal modalities of care that Reconstruct Conceptions of Post-Social Liberation Emotions and Traumas.
Our Connective Ways reduce Oppressive ideals – as we commit to one another’s Humanity within recognizable Limitations.
To expand :
Cultivating the Safety of Self to increase the capacity for the Safety of Others
‘Safety of Self’ – knowing the In’s and Out’s of your own Being. What is the essence you bring to the Liberative front? Action or Care? Research or Protest? Information or Deliberation?
Where is it you best serve from within your personal Boundaries of safety? Are you able to recognize where you can expand these Boundaries?
You cannot be a force of liberation if you are not able to hold the capacity of another’s needs. One must be connected with an interior mode of ‘Safety of Self’ – and be able to tend to the mind/body/soul work that gifts you the space/energy/focus for your own Liberative Practices.

Foundational Ideals from Hospicing Modernity by Vanessa Machado de Oliveira:
Make space for the unknown and unknowable, in ourselves and others.
Make room for new forms of coexistence to encounter you.
Activate the sense of hearing in all parts of your body, so that through witnessing we can heal one another.
Remember that our medicines are both ‘essential’ and ‘imperfect’.
Notice how you move between your comfort, stretch, and panic zones.
Increase care in proportion to risk. With Humility, Generosity, and Reverence.
Look at painful and difficult things with the love of really wanting to see.
Assist in the birth of something new, without projections and idealizations.
Know that this is all a step in the “political practice of healing” within a “fathomless, well-being of our” Humanity. Experience these moments as “forever changeable and fluid.” Prompting this experience as “nonnormative and nonlinear”. (Paraphrased)

“It is by this connectivity to our shared Earthen Spirit that we can re-found our own support for one another, surpassing the injustices of capital and social identities. Facing the fate of a more radical connectivity, facing the fate of your unique limited capacity – one can expand upon the ‘living now’ - always coursing within the nervous system – and bring all those sensations succinctly to an outwardly lived transformation.”
