8 weeks: Sept. 16, 23, 30, Oct. 14, 21, 28 & Nov. 11, 18. (skipping Oct. 7 & Nov. 4)
Mondays at 5:15 PM; Each class is 50-60 minutes
Bring light weights if you have them and bring your own water.

Cost (for the whole 8-week series): $20 for ENA members. $30 for non-members includes registration and individual lifetime membership.
