About this Event
The Gender STI project final conference "Breaking Barriers: Advancing Gender Equality in International Science, Technology and Innovation Cooperation" will gather policymakers, researchers, funding agencies, government bodies, and gender equality institutions from Europe and international partner countries. This hybrid conference on 5th October will showcase the innovative outputs of the Gender STI project and provide a platform for discussion and collaboration to advance gender equality in STI international cooperation. The program will include keynote presentations, panel discussions, roundtables and networking sessions. It will offer opportunities for participants from diverse backgrounds, sectors, and countries to engage, collaborate, and network. The agenda for the 5th of October is detailed below.
In addition, there will be two online post-event satellite sessions on 10th and 19th October:
1) “Intersectionality and Inclusion in International Science, Technology and Innovation Cooperation” - October 10th.
2) “The Legacy of GENDER STI - Gendered Content in International Research and Innovation” - October 19th.
