Together for Gender Equality
This year’s Gender Diversity Roundtable event focuses on advancing inclusion and access to justice to shed light on how equal access and opportunities – both globally and in the workplace – can help progress gender equality. The theme reflects the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women’s priority theme for 2026: ‘Ensuring and strengthening access to justice for all women and girls'.
The agenda features two key segments:
- A discussion on the global outlook on "Access to Justice", including the importance of promoting inclusive and equitable legal systems, eliminating discriminatory laws, policies, and practices, and addressing the structural barriers that continue to limit women’s rights and opportunities worldwide.
- A Nordic private sector perspective on the most impactful levers to foster workplace inclusion, including everyday leadership practices that can accelerate DE&I progress.
