The coolest festa of the season is coming on July 12! Join us for Gelato Festa, a tasting event featuring more than 15 gelato unique flavors and classic favorites across our entire store. With flavors never tasted before, boozy sorbetto and even funky pairing combinations, Gelato Festa is the perfect way to escape the heat. Cool down and celebrate the ease of summer – don’t miss Gelato Festa!
Admission to Gelato Festa is ticketed. Each Gelato Station requires a coupon for tasting. Coupons can be purchased onsite at a higher price, the day of the event.

1. CHEESE GELATO: Your charcuterie plate just got a major upgrade – in the form of gelato. Wildly unexpected, and wildly flavorful, our cheese-inspired gelatos incorporate three of our most beloved cheeses from our formaggi counter: Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Gorgonzola Dolce, and Pecorino Romano DOP. 2. PROSCIUTTO DI PARMA & MELON SORBET: When it comes to surprising combinations, nothing works better than the iconic combination of sweet and salty! Surprise your palate with delicious Ferrarini Prosciutto di Parma DOP paired with our melon sorbetto. 1 Ticket
3. STRAWBERRY SORBET & ACETO BALSAMICO: Have you ever tried strwberry sorbet topped with Acetaia Giusti balsamic vinegar glaze? These sweet and acidic flavors mix to create a surprising effect for your palate. 1 Ticket
4. FLOAT: Try this exotic pairing to cool off the Dallas Summer heat. Classic S. Pellegrino Arancia rossa with a scoop of Mango sorbet, or Vanilla gelato with Mole Cola to experience the ultimate gelato float! 1 Ticket
5. LYRE'S: Lyre's serves non-alcoholic beverages crafted with natural essences, extracts, and distillates. 1 Ticket
6. CAPRESE GELATO: Have you ever wished to yourself that you didn't have to choose between a classic Italian dish and a delicious dessert? You can enjoy both with our caprese gelato, made with tomato sorbetto, basil gelato and fior di latte, and topped with cracked black pepper, sea salt, and extra virgin olive oil. 2 Tickets
7. BOOZY FLOAT: Why have plain gelato when you can have it spiked with a little something extra? We agree that everything is better with Prosecco (or Lambrusco). Discover the combination of sorbetto and bubbles! 2 Tickets
8. CANELLA: Canella offers a range of sparkling beverages, including ready-to-drink Mimosa and Bellini, combining sparkling wine with fruit puree, creating a refreshing and fruity experience. 2 Ticket
9. COCONUT SORBET & CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE: Step aside cookie dough ice cream, there’s a new scoop in town! Just when we thought our housemade chocolate chip cookie couldn’t possibly get better, we paired it to our creamy coconut stracciatella sorbetto. We’re coconuts for this pairing, and we’re sure you will be too! 2 Tickets
10. CLASSIC GELATO: We love the classics. All of our artisanal gelato is made in-house every morning by our pastry team. Try our traditional housemade flavors including vanilla, chocolate, or Pistachio topped with Loacker wafer. After all, what would a gelato festival be without good old classic gelato? 1 Ticket
11. BACIO GELATO: Chocolate and hazelnut are a timeless duo—but spun into our velvety gelato, they become truly irresistible. This indulgent gianduja gelato is lusciously rich and balanced by the delightful crunch of toasted hazelnuts. To top it off, we sealed with this gelato with a “kiss” in the form of a decadent Baci chocolate. 2 Tickets
12. SAINT SPRITZ: Saint Spritz is a line of premium, Italian-inspired, canned wine spritzes, crafted with a focus on real fruit and natural ingredients, free from added sugars and dyes. They offer three distinct flavors: Amalfi, a bittersweet orange aperitivo; Sicily, a basil limonata; and Hugo, an elderflower, lime, and mint spritz. Saint Spritz aims to provide a refreshing and convenient way to enjoy a spritz experience, with a commitment to quality and a "departure in every can". 1 Ticket
13. GELATO AFFOGATO: Get lost in an affogato! Meaning "drowned" in Italian, the affogato is a classic Italian treat made with gelato doused in espresso. Enjoy tiramisù gelato with one shot of Lavazza espresso. 1 Ticket
14. MARITOZZO & GELATO: A beloved Italian pastry, Maritozzo is a fluffy pillow of sweet dough typically filled with delicious cream. Taste a small treat with a big surprise inside: a Maritozzo filled with Fabbri amarena gelato - a treat you cannot miss! 2 Ticket
15. CANNOLO GELATO: Transport yourself to Sicily with a scoop of our swoon-worthy cannolo gelato. A creamy ricotta gelato paired with the delicate crunch of a mini cannoli shell, finished with pistachios and chocolate chips on top – what could be better? 2 Ticket
16. MARVIS JASMIN MINT: Crafted by Chef Katia Delogu, Marvis's Jasmin Mint gelato offers an experience for the senses. The pairing of subtly sweet jasmine and refreshing mint make a delightful duo to enjoy not only in every bite, but with every brush too! 1 Ticket
