Kurzfilme von Kindern aus Kamerun, Venezuela und Papua Neuguinea
Gegrillter Fisch schmeckt vielen Kindern gut, besonders wenn man ihn selbst geangelt hat, so wie die Kinder der Ye’kwana in Venezuela. Sie zeigen euch in ihrem Film, wie sie das machen. Kinder aus Papua Neuguinea lernen, wie man aus Blättern ein Feuer entfacht und rösten Süßkartoffeln. Und Kinder aus Kamerun zeigen uns, wie sie ihr Leibgericht kochen: Fisch im Bananenblatt mit schwarzer Sauce. Die Kinder haben in Workshops in ihren Heimatorten gelernt, wie man Filme macht. Die Kurzfilme zeigen wir im Humboldt Forum in einem Kinoerlebnis, das euch am Leben der Kinder teilhaben lässt. Ein*e Moderator*in führt euch durch den Nachmittag.

[EN] Grilled Fish and Sweet Potatoes
Short Films by Children from Cameroon, Venezuela and Papua New Guinea
Grilled fish tastes good to many children, especially if you have caught it yourself, like the children of the Ye’kwana in Venezuela. In their film, they show you how they do it. Children from Papua New Guinea learn how to light a fire from leaves and roast sweet potatoes. And children from Cameroon show us how they cook their favourite dish: Fish in a banana leaf with black sauce.
The children have learnt how to make films in workshops in their home towns. We will show the films at the Humboldt Forum in a cinema experience that allows you to take part in the children’s lives. A host will guide you through the afternoon.
