This is workshop is for you if:

Your negative self-talk is holding you back from being your most awesome self.
You live in self-doubt.
You wish you had “her” body.
You often feel you are an outsider.
You'd like to have more fun in your life.

We are building a community of women whose self-talk is kind. We know we are worthy of love. We know we have a voice and are not afraid to use it. We love our bodies exactly as they are and we have a connection to something greater than ourselves. All of this is reflected in the lives we live that are filled with joy and a genuine desire to encourage other women to join us on their own journey through self-care.
