I'm in deep thought... wondering what the new festival (in general) blueprint looks like, and keen to assist author the refresh, the different shaped box.A reminder that Earth Beat Festival is gathering like minds to do just this at The Button Factory 25may 1pm.
My commitment is strong, to creating wellness based community gatherings that are family friendly and support personal and collective growth and transformation and leave the planet in a better place than before.
I'm particularly sweet with supporting grass roots music and musicians, especially youth and new upstarts and impulses, sharing production skills and empowering education and volunteer apprenticeships.

However... I'm lofty, rather visionary, strategic planning orientated, guiding sustainable practice and efficiency and ensuring holistic values are central to all structures and processes and care, respect and nurturing are a big part of the Why and How.
I am building a community of like minded enthusiastic festival creators and dreamers, to keep connecting and gathering and bringing our skills and desires and dreamlike ideas together.
Because it's clear we need to change the formula.
It is a time to dream new ways to do this, and it's definitely a team effort.
I'm always open to connecting and chatting with anyone keen to step in on this new chapter together. ❤
