If you’re heading into Adelaide for Gather Round, start your Sunday morning at the Adelaide Showground Farmers’ Market.
From 8:00am settle in with breakfast and coffee before the market bell rings at 8:30am and more than 100 South Australian farmers and producers open their stalls.
Shop fresh seasonal produce, artisan bread, cheeses, meats, sweet treats and pantry favourites. Everything is grown, reared, caught, baked or made by the stallholders themselves.
Families are welcome with Kids Corner activities including decorating your own football guernsey in team colours and inflatable games under the verandah.
Sparkles the Face Painter will also be inside the Market Pavilion from 9am to 12pm offering creative designs in your team colours (small fee applies).
Live music from The Ukes will be playing outdoors under the red umbrellas.
You might even spot Poh Ling Yeow at her Jamface stall inside the Market Pavilion.
