In today's fast-paced society, we know how difficult it can be to Silence the mind, and connect with your inner Self.

Join us at The Africa Centre for an unforgettable event where we will explore different ways to Be Present, including:

• Sound Healing
• Meditation/Silence
• The Ho'oponopono Prayer
• Trauma Release Breathwork
• Colour Therapy
• Music and Movement
• Harmony & Balance - Maat principles

We are releasing old versions of our self, poverty, impatience, fear, shame…anything that no longer serves us.

We are calling in Abundance, Silence, Necessity, Alignment and LOVE!

We give thanks for the privilege to serve you.

Participants to bring:

• Yourselves – just as you are!
• a Blanket
• Comfortable/Change of Clothes
• Water
• Something to add to the Communal Altar (optional, to be charged and taken home)

This gathering is all about discovering techniques that can help you find peace of mind, and clarity in your daily life. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to the concept, this event offers something for everyone. Let's come together, explore, and learn how to cultivate a deeper sense of Presence in our lives.
