Mimo is a hidden secret in Houston. It's a true Tuscan restaurant founded by chef Fernando Rios and sommelier Mike Sammons. It opened in 2023, and has since gained a reputation for excellence with their homemade pastas and wine-pairing. On Wednesday April15th, gastrochurch will partner with Mimo to offer a limited capacity three-course dinner with paired wine tastings in a gastrochurch style.
