This time, we are visiting the beautiful Vista Gardens! Join us for a hands-on, outdoor Garden-to-Kitchen experience designed for homeschool families and local community members!

What to Expect
Families will explore how food moves from the garden to the kitchen through interactive activities led by educators, gardeners, and a professional chef.
Youโll learn:
- How to harvest fresh, seasonal produce
- How to prepare simple, nutritious foods using garden ingredients
- How gardening supports wellness, nutrition, and family learning
Children will enjoy hands-on garden activities and a Garden-to-Kitchen cooking demonstration featuring seasonal produce.
๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ Homeschool families are especially encouraged to attend, but all families and community members are welcome.

- Please bring a reusable water bottle (Vista Gardens is a plastic-free space)
- Bring Your Compostable Scraps! Help Vista Gardens grow by donating fruit and veggie scraps, coffee grounds, tea bags, eggshells, tissues, and paper towel rolls. Every bit of compost helps feed our plants and build a thriving community garden!
