Game Plan For Wellness: A Community Health Blitz

Join Florida Blue, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and AdventHealth, for a FREE community health fair offering a variety of services and fun. Event includes Biometric screenings, cooking demonstrations, mobile mammography exams, CPR & AED training and more!

As part of our mission to help people and communities achieve better health, in partnership with Moffitt Cancer Center, we are also offering a unique opportunity for eligible attendees to receive a lung cancer screening during this year’s health fair. This screening is available to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Age 50+
• A current or former smoker with 20+ years or 20 pack-years smoking history
