What began as Comedy at the Carnegie officially became Game Night at the Carnegie! Join the ‘Friends of the Carnegie’ for the 5th Annual ‘Game Night at the Carnegie’ benefit — an unforgettable evening of interactive game show entertainment, comedy, prizes, and community celebration inside the historic Carnegie Library of Homestead Music Hall and Library!
The Pre-Show Mixer Experience (included with All Tickets)
The night begins with a lively Pre-Show Mixer held in the newly renovated Carnegie Library meeting rooms! This social kickoff sets the tone for the evening and features: up-close, interactive magic from world-renowned, locally loved Lee Terbosic, music and a vibrant atmosphere, giveaways, basket raffles, basket of cheer auction, 50/50 raffle, homemade bake sale & cash bar!
It’s your chance to mingle, grab a drink, enjoy the atmosphere, and get ready for the main event!
The Main Event: Next Contestant Games LIVE
At 7:30 PM, the Music Hall transforms into a fully interactive live game show experience with a spectacular opening from Lee Terbosic and from Hollywood, California – Kevin Horton brings Next Contestant Games back to the Steel Valley — a fast-paced, all-audience participation show filled with comedy, karaoke, dancing, wild challenges, and real prizes! The audience plays along from their seats OR on stage in a high-energy 90-minute experience unlike anything else! All hosted and emceed by local fave, Aaron Kleiber! Last year we gave away over two dozen audience members, $3000 total in prizes for the night!

‘Game Night at the Carnegie’ serves as both a community celebration and a benefit night supporting the library’s mission. Proceeds from the event help sustain and expand the library’s programs, including youth education initiatives, community programming, arts and cultural events, and resources that serve residents across Homestead, Munhall, and West Homestead. In addition to raising funds, the event strengthens partnerships between the library, local businesses, artists, and community organizations.
This year’s event also highlights recent improvements and investments in the library’s facilities. The newly renovated historic ‘shuffleboard’ meeting rooms and upgraded seating have enhanced the library’s ability to host community gatherings, workshops, and collaborative programming. By welcoming hundreds of attendees into the building for a shared evening of entertainment, providing an opportunity for residents to experience the library not only as a place for books, but as a dynamic civic space where the community comes together.
Ultimately, ‘Game Night at the Carnegie’ demonstrates how arts-based community events can support education, cultural programming, and civic engagement while celebrating one of the region’s most important historic institutions. ‘Game Night at the Carnegie’ is a fundraiser benefiting the Carnegie Library of Homestead, presented by ‘Friends of the Carnegie’, a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization, made up of dedicated community members, whose purpose is to support the library in education, history, and community.
