About this Event
This is a tentative first event, providing that enough people (at least 3-4 including me) show interest by the date (Sat 2/15). This is open to both pros and those aspiring to break in. Bring your sketchbooks or iPads! Banh Philly has great food and a pretty chill atmosphere so I thought it'd be a good place to do a first meetup and get to know each other. The staff also don't tend to mind people staying for long periods and working/drawing (I’ve done so myself twice). The interior has mostly small tables but I don’t anticipate a large showing anyway.
Don't worry about tickets but please Reserve a Spot so I can get a headcount.
A little about me if you missed the organization's bio: I'm a concept and visdev artist with 3 years experience, primarily in props, environments, and the like. I love both games and animation and am currently freelancing with DreamWorks. I have an adorable dog that I'm sure I'll end up showing pictures of at some point.
