Join Us for a Networking Event for Galway’s Nonprofits and Community Groups
We are excited to invite you to a special networking event hosted by Galway Volunteer Centre on the 25th of September at Genesys, Bonham Quay, Galway, H91 AX8R, from 6.30pm -9pm. This event is an excellent opportunity for volunteer managers in nonprofit organizations, community groups and clubs across Galway City and County to reconnect and reengage with each other and with us.
The programme will include a presentation of our services from inception to date. We will also facilitate breakout sessions where volunteer managers can participate in mini category workshops to brainstorm and discuss common challenges and solutions, learning from each other’s experiences.
In addition to networking, we will be launching our Winter Calendar and offering a mini-workshop on "Identifying, Developing & Writing Volunteer Roles." This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your volunteer management skills and share best practices within the sector. We will also introduce our Autumn/Winter schedule of supports for volunteer managers.
