CONCERT: Grand Rapids Chorus Sweet Adelines

The Grand Rapids Chorus of Sweet Adelines, under the direction of Judy Westers and Penny Hock, has been sharing the joy of music since 1951. Hailing from Grand Rapids, Michigan, this dedicated group of women, ranging in age from 22 to 92, embodies a deep commitment to harmony. Some members even travel up to 175 miles for weekly rehearsals!

Part of the global Sweet Adelines International, the chorus specializes in four-part acapella harmony, barbershop style. They have performed across the United States and in Europe, and even participated in the 80th Anniversary of the Pearl Harbor commemoration in Hawaii.

Now, they’re excited to bring their lively, toe-tapping barbershop tunes to Ireland. Join us for an evening of beautiful melodies and harmony!
