ESSEX TRAIL EVENTS present THE GALLEYWOOD GALLOP(approx 5 miles)

Wednesday 20th May 2026. Starts between 5.45pm and 7.00pm.
This year's course is straightforward with no river crossings. Ideal introduction to our form of trail running.
This is a self navigation trail race using a written route description, which will be issued to you on the day. There are no markings or marshals. No GPX. This is not a mass start event. You will be timed out and back in at the finish.
Race HQ will be located at the Horse & Groom, Galleywood Common.
As a UKA permit event running or walking with dogs is not allowed.
£9 entry affiliated. £11 unaffiliated. Plus 50p booking fee. Includes £4 voucher to use in the pub on the night.
Results will be posted on www.essextrailevents.com
There will be no refunds for whatever reason.
