Join certified Sound Healer and Vibrational Therapist Celeste from Peoria at The Movement Journeyman (formerly Lavender Lotus Yoga Studio) located at 113 S. Cherry St., Galesburg, for a therapeutic and restorative Sound Bath on Saturday, June 13th from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM. During this one-hour session, Celeste will guide you through a relaxing sound journey using crystal singing bowls. The tones and vibrations encourage deep rest, release built-up stress, and support balance throughout the body and mind. This session is not a yoga class; you won't be moving through poses. Instead, Celeste will help quiet your mind and re-center yourself.
What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a therapeutic, meditative experience where you are invited to relax comfortably as the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments surround you. The energy in the room, combined with intention, creates a powerful space for transformation and healing.
Celeste's intention:
"✨️ My intention for this session is to create a sacred sound experience to aid in your personal transformation and growth by promoting energy movement, removing energy blockages, and balancing the chakra system. By restoring balance and harmony to the chakras, you become more aligned with your authentic self, your goals and intentions, and become more connected with everything around you. ✨️"
