Celebrate the power of love and connection this Galentine’s Day with gentle movement, a deeply healing sound bath, and Sekhem-Seichim Reiki. This special event is inspired by four of the Ancient Greek types of love: Agape, Ludus, Philautia, and Philia. Each love type offers a unique way to experience love and nurture your spirit.

• Agape: Embrace unconditional, selfless love that flows freely and compassionately, opening your heart to universal kindness and care.
• Ludus: Reconnect with playful, lighthearted love that invites joy, laughter, and the delight of fun interactions.
• Philautia: Cultivate healthy self-love and compassion, honoring your own worth and nurturing your inner light.
• Philia: Deepen bonds of friendship and loyalty, celebrating meaningful connections and heartfelt companionship.

You’ll be guided to embody these four expressions of love, creating space for healing, joy, and authentic connection. Through gentle movement (a blend of Pilates, yin and restorative yoga), the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, and the heart-opening energy of Sekhem-Seicim Reiki (a deeply restorative energy modality that supports emotional release and heart‑centered healing).

Join us for an evening of soulful celebration, self-care, and sisterhood. Treats and non-alcoholic beverages will be available to enjoy as you arrive and unwind after the session.

🔐 This is a secure building. Access instructions will be provided before the event.

🧁Treats will be offered with a range of dietary‑friendly options, including vegan/vegetarian, dairy‑free, and gluten‑free selections.

Props will not be provided. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water and other props (blocks and bolsters) to fully support the body in gentle poses for an extended period of time. Dress in cozy layers so you can fully relax.
