Valentine's Day: It's Complicated (We mean the recipes):)

In this hands-on cooking class you will work together to prepare elegant gourmet dinner learning how to make pate a choux, scallop leek risotto and cappucino chocolate truffles. Complicated and yet delicious.

This class is for those who don't mind when things get a bit complicated. (And on Valentine's Day this is a class for those who might understand what this means on a different level.)

• Gougères: Gruyère, Pate a Choux, Fleur de Sel
• Seared Scallops With Mushroom Risotto
• Chocolate Truffles

Vegetarian Substitutions: Scallops = Mushroom or Tofu.

Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar. You must be 21+ to consume alcohol.

Your purchase includes:

• One seat in the class

• Recipes, which will be emailed at the end of class

• Live step-by-step cooking instruction

Classes are approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours

Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class. So, if you would like to register another adult for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose "ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat. Or you can have your guest(s) create an account and register themselves separately.
