Galentine's Pole + Floor Workshop (All Levels Welcome!)

We love a chance to celebrate friendship! This Galentine's Day, grab your besties and make your way to the studio to learn a fun, flirty, and sensual routine suitable for beginners and experienced dancers.

💃🏽 What to expect:

Class will begin with a head-to-toe warm-up. Then we'll dive into this empowering and sensual routine weaving together a beginner-friendly pole spin and transitions with spicy floor moves. We'll finish up class with a cool-down and celebratory toast to friendship.

👠 What to wear:

Fishnets, thigh highs, lingerie, yoga wear, swimwear, fitness wear (no nudity, please)

🎒 What to bring:

Open mind, heels, knee pads, water, and towel (for sweat)
