"Make and Meditate" EventJoin us for a galentines day event "Make and Meditate" to create, focus, and set intentions for the new year. The event will have relaxing music playing while we sip and create. (BYOB) SoulLab Studios will lead a mini vision board session. After that we will learn a meditation artwork techinque with LaManna Designs to help you focus and relax. There is an additional add on option when purchasing tickets for a self care create and take roller ball relaxation technique session. Event will be held at Crown and Crook's new creative studio.
