About this Event

Join Us for a Galentines Day Cacao Ceremony for Women!

Celebrate Galentines Day in a warm, inviting space filled with sisterhood and love. This in-person Cacao Ceremony is all about connecting with amazing women, sharing positive vibes, and embracing self-love through the heart opener of cacao. Come sip, relax, and open your heart with us as we journey together in this beautiful experience. We will close the ceremony with a little sound journey with sound bowls, drums and rattles.

Inside the sacred womb of ALTAR Community, you are invited into a deeply nourishing evening of ceremonial cacao, guided reflection, and sound healing — held by Katie Janecko, a woman devoted to ritual, embodiment, and feminine remembrance.
This is a homecoming❤️ to body, to breath, to the voice within.

Together, we’ll move through:

  • A ceremonial cacao blessing to open the heart and awaken intention
  • Gentle meditation + somatic grounding
  • A meditative sound journey with crystal bowls, chimes, and more
  • Integration space for journaling, sharing, or silence
  • A winter solstice ritual to call in light, and honor what’s ready to be released

This gathering is designed for all women — whether you’re walking through a season of expansion, healing, transition, or simply longing to be witnessed in your becoming.

Come as you are.
Leave more of who you are.

Exchange: $55
Spots: Limited to 22 women for an intimate, attuned space

“This ceremony is part of my own self love devotion — to truth, to tenderness, and to feminine embodiment. My prayer is that you walk away not just relaxed, but reconnected.”

FAQ:

Do I Need To Bring Anything? Please bring a water bottle. We will provide everything else you need, including mats, blankets and eye masks!

How Long Is The Event? The ceremony + sound bath will be approximately 3 hours, broken down into portions of ceremony, guided meditation, sharing time, sound bath and more.

Do I Have To Speak? We encourage guests to participate but you are not obligated to share if you do not feel called - your presence is enough.

What Is A Cacao Ceremony?Gather with women in a heart-centered, supportive environment. During the ceremony, you'll be invited to drink warm cacao -- a beverage that is known to open the heart-chakra allowing emotions to be fully felt and processed. You will also be guided through meditation, reflective prompts and have the opportunity to share what's on your heart in a non judgemental space.

What Is A Sound Bath?Process everything that flowed through you during the ceremony as you lay back and relax, immersed in therapeutic sound vibrations from live instruments. Sound Baths help to release stress in the body and the mind, restoring your central nervous system and lowering stress hormones held in the body.
