Come celebrate your female friends with a super-fun dance jam! We will dance to love songs, female friendship songs, self-love songs, and even a break-up song for good measure! Feel free to wear red, pink, hearts, or whatever you want. Party lights will be flashing to the beat to get us in the groove. Light refreshments will be provided by Path Partner members, so all you need to do is show up! Hosted at the community room in Lexington Estates apartments in SW Sioux Falls, on Marion Road, just off 57th St (main entrance is straight across from the Lie-brary. Keep straight and drive to the very back of the complex to find the 5107 entrance.) Wear exercise clothes and shoes. Bring a water bottle. Dancing is low impact, light to moderate intensity. Just follow along and modify as needed. Just cut loose and do you! Can't wait to dance with you!
